Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely recommend. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of everything. Takes about 25 mins to walk downhill into the centre of Lisbon.

No staff, one person in the whole hotel to serve everyone. No one answers the phone. Day staff never returned our 3 phone call. No air conditioning. How can you run a hotel with no staff. They made us change room 3 times. Horrible. Not going bavk.
