This hotel was amazing. Very clean, friendly staff, they go out of their way to assist in every way. 24hr room service. They did something very nice for me for my birthday. The hotel is located in a great location, right across from a mall, near the water. Has restaurants and bars on site. Very responsive through email. I highly recommend staying here. My family and I would absolutely come back here every time we stay.

It was very uncomfortable because my husband really needed the bathroom and I had to go down from the 12th floor to the lobby to complain about the key. Girl in front desk was not apologetic and instead iahe said cards stop working when it is near a credit card or cell phone. whicgavehusbneeded to use the bathroom but our room key stopped working. We were going to a OneRepublic concert at the MEO Arena and we picked the Tivoli Oriente hotel because it was very close by. Parking was super easy (a first for us in Lisbon), room was very comfortable and the area was really interesting. We visited the aquarium, did long walks along the Tejo river, shopped at Vasco da Gama and had some great meals.

Belle hôtel mais certaines choses laisse a désiré exemple.
