Great location, room is not very big but manageable with 2 people, staff is friendly. The elevator is small but it works, we never have to wait for elevator. Soundproof but you would still hear people closing door. Overall it was amazing!

Cool boutique hotel- ideal for a city break

Great location. The decor aesthetic was different, but appealing. Great sized bathroom and shower. It had all the mod cons, and felt fresh and interesting- not stuffy, conservative or too family oriented

Exactly what I was looking for, for my stay in Lisbon. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shopping and busses. I had a lovely balcony overlooking the Terrance with a lovely view of the city. The hotel is located on a steep incline so do not try to pull your luggage up the hill, however there are also elevators on the streets running parallel. Lana at reception was very welcoming.

Beautiful property and very friendly staff! I arrived a little early, so they tried their best to accommodate me and keep me updated if my room would be ready earlier. In the meantime, they had the terrace, lounge area, and bar available; which hosts happy hour from 3-7p. The front desk even gave me some recommendations in the area to pass time. The room was clean, had a great view, and was quite at night for a good nights rest. The staff was so lovely! I would definitely recommend and book another stay here when I travel back to Lisbon!

Best service i have ever experienced from a hotel. Had a small AC issue when we arrived, and they had it fixed right away. Very good recommendations and always willing to assist. Breakfast buffet is a must.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The issue was the air conditioning did not consistently work and the room was hot. It is a very small space so you notice the heat. The Hotel is also located on top of hill so keep in mind you have to walk up the hill when you want to return.
