The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They helped us book a tour to Sintra and Cascais. We stayed in December and the room was cold at night. The heating did not work, but the staff provided us with extra blanket to keep us warm. There was also a nice bottle of wine to welcome us to the hotel room and the room was clean. The only other difficulty with the hotel is its location at the top of a hill. Otherwise, the hotel has a good proximity to Rossio Square.

Love the location of this hotel. The staff was helpful and engaging. I was upgraded to a room with a veranda that you could use both from the outside on chairs provided or from the inside on a couch. Highly recommend!

This hotel is for low budget people, like young students who are traveling with a backpack. It is in a very good neighborhood, very safe area, across paid parking (even though they stole the gas from my rental vehicle) and supermarket. Very lovely lobby, friendly staff. But the hotel itself is a very cheap one with the sizes of the stairs, elevator, rooms, breakfast area, shower, toilet and the “furniture” in the room. Painted walls and dusty. The breakfast is ok for 2 night stay. During this trip I had been in 3 different hotels in 3 different cities. And believe me: this hotel should be called “good” but not “excellent” and the price at the top season should be no more than $100 per night. Off peak season less than $100. We had a great time in the city where all the sightseeings (monastery, church, palace) are overpriced (plus the dollar’s low rate) and probably that’s why we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Anyway our thanks to the receptions and the breakfast staff.

Room was spacious. But the layout of the hotel was odd. Why is the reception behind the lobby and bar. There shouldnt be stairs to reach reception. Room should have a armoire or dresser for clothing with drawers since there is enough room for it. No kleenex kn room.

We had a wonderful experience at Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge during our recent visit to Lisbon. The location couldn't be better - perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful in making dinner reservations for us at some fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight of each morning. The quality and presentation were consistently excellent. Overall, Esqina Cosmopolitan Lodge exceeded our expectations. The combination of its prime location, attentive service, made it the perfect base for our Lisbon adventure. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Breakfast was good, sounding proofing from the street was good. There was a lot of noise from the ground floor early in the morning - seemed like heavy furniture being moved at 6am and also loud voices - which was very disturbing and happened two nights in a row

We stayed 4 nights here. The location was great. The staff Lara was very good. She always addressed me by my name. She was always smiling. The breakfast was good, fresh omelette was great and so was the pancake and yogurt. They had other items in the buffet. Walking distance to most attractions. The room was small but ok. The pillows need to be replaced, bed was very comfortable. We got boxed breakfast on our last day as we had a very early flight.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was very good. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. A short block away you can pick up tours at living tours. Also near shopping areas. There is also a grocery store nearby. Room was spacious. I highly recommend this place.
