I booked 7 months before my stay and was allocated a room with twin beds at the rear facing a laneway and rooftop pipes. When I complained I was given a double bed (two singles pushed together) with plastic undersheets and other sheets too small to fit the "double bed' Bathroom was grubby and we found long black hairs , not ours, daily. The breakfast was very low quality. Any complaint was defended and justified by staff, who were quite rude.Felt like a tourist, take it or leave it.

Last few days for my Portugal trip

The hotel is conveniently located. It was few minutes walk from the Sao Sabestiô Metro Station. Where I could catch the metro directly to the airport. The staff were friendly. The facility was nice and clean. It was a hotel that used by several tour companies, so breakfast could get crowded early in the morning. I only had one minor complaint that there was not an eco friendly option for not changing the towels on a daily basis.

Nice hotel perfectly placed for getting around

Nice hotel in affluent area of Lisbon easy to get too From airport as it’s onto the Red line of the metro and it’s the last stop on the line. Hotel is two Min walk IF you choose the right exit ( Ave Duc du Ville or something Like failing that choose Il Courte Inglés Beds can be a bit lumpy but ok after first night. Great powerful hot showers. Breakfast buffet very good but don’t expect full English

Most definitely not 4 star. Not at all. Basic and 3 star at best. Don't expect things to be actioned in a timely manner. Precedence placed on senior management not staffing to meet hotel needs perhaps? Such delays in getting things done. Room wasn't ready at checkin. Zero compensation offered. Bedding was never completed professionally. Urgh, so many things to list. Beyond me why this hotel has high rating. Limited sockets, no iron, no kettle, broken hangers, bulb not working, shower water running hot and cold etc etc etc. Staff try, and most were pleasant. I will never recommend this particular place for what the price is. Never. Again, repeat, definitely not 4 star.

Good Hotel in Great Location

This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from a famous art museum and also walking distance to the Cortez department store and Metro train stations which take you just about anywhere in Lisbon. Breakfast buffet is very good. It is included in most of the rates.
