Excellent and quirky hotel with excellent staff

Interesting hotel with its own style. Excellent service from all of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple with a number of choices at the buffet including cereal, cooked and fruit. Also I could get free tea from the tea station by the lift which I thought was a nice touch. The roof top terrace and bar gave a good view over the sea and the main bridge which would have been nice it the weather had been better... Quite well placed. With access to public transport if needed but I walked most of the time as the city is quite compact if occasionally confusing. I would stay there again.

Very unique hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, helpful, friendly, speaks great English. Hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate. Rooms are decent size and the entire experience was fabulous. This will be our go to Hotel when in Lisbon and soon in Porto. Clean, safe, easy to get to public transportation. Uber is quick to show up. Great location to hit all you want to see in Lisbon. Do not hesitate to book a room here.

We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon.

My husband and I booked a last min trip to Lisbon and this hotel was great. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about best ways to get places and had recommended some places to eat. Hotel was quiet, with easy walking access to places and transit was right outside which made easy for getting around. No TV in room which is fine but if you have kids you are trying to distract while getting ready have an iPad. Wifi would drop and you had to forget that connection and rejoin net work. Our room had a queen bed and then bunk beds could easily accommodate 4 ppl. The lobby restrooms smelled like sewage.
