The reception staff was excellent and friendly. We loved the location! It was so easy to walk to many amazing sites. The property is super clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast wasn’t the best, but the restaurant was excellent for dinner. I highly recommend the Behotelisboa for anyone looking to stay in the middle of the historic Baxia Chiado!

We had a fantastic stay here for our 6 days in Lisbon! Very centrally located; we were able to walk to almost all of the locations we were visiting. Lots of food and drink options in the area. Hotel staff was very friendly. Without a doubt, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The included breakfast was DELICIOUS! Lots of options and we were so impressed with the care the breakfast room staff took in bringing coffee, keeping breakfast stocked, etc. 10/10 recommend.

The staff were all really pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is in a prime location, central to everywhere. We didnt have breakfast there, so can't comment on that. Don't book the MINI double room because it is exactly that...MINI. We booked it by accident and couldn't change it as no availability. That said, the bed was comfy with spotless white bedding. The room and ensuite were also spotless and cleaned daily.

Had a fantastic stay, with so many things to see right on our doorstep. Despite the hustle and bustle around the hotel, we couldn’t hear any noise in the room giving us a good nights sleep! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for us! Massive shout out to everyone on the front desk who were lovely and took an interest in us, and were more than happy to pin point must see places. I would 100% recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!
