No bellmen's service - extremely slow check in & error on hotel receipt- basically most staff was new & how can you hire a bartender & He is not able to make a Drink( Vodka & pineapple ) he had to look it up in a book but charge top $$$. Hotel roof top very nice - lunch is a set menu & food was horrible. Rooms were decent & it's more for business trips.

The staff was very accommodating, room was nice size and clean And was close enough for shopping and restaurants. The one downside was bar drinks and restaurant was way overpriced priced. Maybe explains why there were only 2 other people eating. It also didn’t open until 7:30PM. Which may be the norm in Portugal but not in US. The breakfast buffet was great! Well worth the price!

Home away from home

I have stayed here several times since it opened a few years ago, very close to airport, lovely roof top pool. A little further away from downtown Lisbon, but the city is small every thing is relatively close (compared to London) metro nearby , large shopping Mall (Vasco da Gama), Oriente is a nice area, at night time plenty of places to eat and Bars, I recommend a stroll at Parque das nações.
