We mainly chose this hotel because we wanted somewhere convenient to the airport and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent comfort of the room, the very helpful and pleasant staff and the excellent restaurant. We had an outstanding dinner the night before we left and an amazing buffet breakfast the day we left. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who wants an airport hotel. I was veyr impressed.

Yes, everything was easy and pleasant. You could include instructions about finding the airport shuttle on the confirmation notice. I had to stand in line at the info desk to know where to wait. The location of this hotel is incredible. Literally a short walk from the airport makes this ideal as a stop after a long flight or before an early departure. They start services at 4am, recognizing the needs of the clientele. Clean rooms, great property. Location by the airport means there is not much around it (just the airport) but it is an easy cab ride to the rest of Lisbon. Definitely recommend.
