Hotel was incredibly clean. Staff was incredibly helpful, actually bringing up our luggage from the car. Restaurant was nice, but a bit pricey. Location was great.

If you’re here on a Friday, don’t miss the guided walking tour which follows the life of famed Lisbon resident poet, writer and revolutionary Fernando Pessoa after whom the hotel is named.

The location/hotel was great - safe, clean and quiet, near shopping areas, historic places and good restaurants. The staff was very accomodating and kind. Special mention to Kit, who was exceptional and checked on us daily. I definitely recommend this hotel! :)

The hotel staff was amazing and was so helpful in every regard. The spa was relaxing. Great location for touring. Onsite parking available but limited. I know European rooms are tiny, and this one was no exception. Very small.
