This hotel surpassed all expectations!! The place is beautiful, rooms are incredible, but the best part is the staff!! What an amazing team! I had health issues on the flight in. When I arrived, I was not doing well — the staff was warm, caring, and amazing! I’d recommend this place to anyone!! Incredible.

The staff at the front desk is excellent; however, the restaurant staff does not treat you well. We encountered people in a bad mood, and it feels like they are counting how much food you eat. The food is good, and the place is excellent.

I stayed in 2 hotels while in Lisbon. This was my favorite. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless and very quiet. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs which are both very good. I really enjoyed the live music in the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best located hotel in the city, Great staff and a surprisingly good restaurant. Excellent Bathrooms great view from balcony, clean rooms. Only thing is some of the furniture is slightly worn and is showing a little age but still overall great.

Location is best. Walking distance to St vincent viewpoint, castle de s jorge Praca do Comercio, and great restaurants like Uma Mariqueira (best seafood rice), Pinoquio (best seafood rice) and O caustic (Shrimp pasta is delicious). A brazileira nearby is a great historic coffee pastry place to have pastry and coffee, great vibe. Uber to Sintra to see pene palace is $33 12/29/2025 about 27 euro. Breakfast is convenient and delicious, especially mango. It has a variety of choices, juices are flesh, salmon is not too salty, perfect. I stayed during Christmas and has expedia perk and got 2 bottles of wine (initially have 1 bottle listed), mini bar with water, beer and juice is refillable and no charge. Perfect stay, quiet, comfortable clean room. TV can project youtube. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place.
