Nice hotel and very friendly staff especially the reception guy i think his name is alexander..some noise from the train but bearable but the cleaning ladies makes alot of noise in the corridors..location is lil bit far from tousitic places but there is a 2 min walk metro station...overall its fine

HF Fenix Urban

Excellent staff and the hotel was in a great location. Also took advantage of the special rate for the breakfast which was great value. It is about 20mins walk to the old part of the city but its a very easy walk but the metro is only 2 mins way which is a great alternative. Would stay here again

Hotel was very nice! We really like the location. Not too touristy and an easy walk to some very nice restaurants. The only issue we had is the floor seem kind of dirty. Found previous occupant’s medication on the floor as well as a lot of other stuff. Otherwise it was very clean

I just finished a great five day stay at the HF Fenix Urban. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, perfectly equipped and impeccably maintained. As a former Hilton General manager, I was very impressed with the entire operation of this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The air conditioner didn’t work as we’d have liked to. It allowed us to set the temperature as low as 18 degrees, but the temperature never went below 21 degrees. The maintenance team came to check with a temperature gun pointing at the air blowing from the vent which was at a lower temperature but the room never cooled down. The room is small, building is clean, staff is friendly. There’s a long line up always outside the hotel as there’s an immigration office (I believe) next door.
