Wonderful hotel. Parking is challenging as it is not on the property. If you come in from the northwest side you have a ten minute drive to get to the offsite parking. It is very close to the East side of the hotel.

The facility is spotless. The service is impeccable. The staff is always ready to help. I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. It is one of the best hotel visits I've had in my life. When a tour was canceled on us due to a flat tire, the front desk staff arranged a wonderful alternative that resulted in a vist to a vinyard operated on a natural basis, and the wine was wonderful. I can miss giving a shout out to the breakfast, best ever with a mix of buffet and special order! Don't miss it.

Recently refurbished old convent in the heart of Lisbon. You can walk to shops restaurants and sights. The hop on hop off bus is 2 blocks away. We loved Pinocqo Seafood and other restaurants recommended by the hotel concierge. Uber was fast and reliable.

Great stay for our family of 3 couples, totaling 4 nights. Very conveniently located for walking and Metro. Interesting decor preserving architecture from the convent. Comfortable rooms. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including reception, valets, room service, bartenders, and restaurant servers. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks. We would stay here again.
