Great property for family of 4 to explore the areas of Lisbon bustling with locals. Communication with property manager was great! The unit was large, clean and bright. Walkable, with hills, to many great sites to see, parks, shopping and restaurants/cafes. Would highly recommend.

The property managers were slow in getting the check-in information to me (it was promised 48 hours in advance, but as of 5 hours before check-in, I still hadn't received any information, and I had to call Expedia to get the necessary details), but once I got this information and was able to check in to Lisbon10, the arrangements were excellent. Neighbourhood is vibrant and well-situated. Proximity to the Metro was a huge advantage, as it made travelling to and from the airport cheap and easy. Nice place. Large. Great amenities.

The location can’t be beat and the ease of entering and leaving the apartment was fantastic. There are so many good places to grab a gelato, grab a bite to eat or just walk down into town in 15-20 minutes. There is a very convenient bus stop right around the corner as well.

The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) We could not use the washer because it had moldy black gooey gunk inside the rubber ring and I tried to wipe it clean but couldnt get it all out.

Clearly very recently refurbished and everything new and high quality. Fully equipped for self catering. A bit of a climb to the metro but only 500m or so making it very easy to get to anywhere you want in the Lisbon area.

Great hotel in Lisbon location is very good it seems is newly renovated . I will recommended parking is in the same building extra charge of 15 euros a night convenient . Love this property .

Centrally located, clean and with lift and parking

It was easy to get in but it was a bit hard to find. I had to drive around twice. Since I was bringing a car, I required a parking spot which was available in the building. There was a lift, which was a requirement for me with my luggage. It was clean and modern, everything worked.

It was a very nice, spacious property. Very easy to walk to places. The property wasn't ready for us at the time of check in, but we called and someone helped us clean the property within an hour. We could use some more amenities, such as clean towels and paper towels for the kitchen.

Good location, main complaint is that it's two twin beds pushed together and not a true queen sized bed. But worse was that the bedding was all polyester and made it super hot and stuffy to sleep under :( kitchen did have anything you could need, decent location also. Just know it isn't a true hotel and if you want to leave your luggage while walking around, that is not a possibility- it's a secret a ir b n b type place with no staff on hand :/

Great accomodation in Lisbon

Lisbon10 apartment was well maintained and bright. We had a very pleasant stay. Adequate for a family of 5. The facilities - kitchen, downstairs toilet, and then two rooms upstairs with a bathroom. AC in the rooms and lounge. The kitchen was equiped with needful items. There is an elevator to access the accomodation. Just a note the rooms are in the loft space so be careful as you may hit your head against loft beams in certain areas of the room, whilst the rest of the room was perfectly fine. We did not have an issue with this after the first hit! The neighbourhood seemed fine. It would have been good to have a note of local points of interest - restaurants, nearest tram etc, but this can be soon sorted by checking on the internet.
