Been awake since 2:20am from all the noise. Too close to the airport so there’s constant roaring from the planes and next to some joint that plays loud music into the wee hours of the night. Would not stay here again.

This place might ever-so-slightly oversell itself on here. Thought I'd be checking in to very modern, updated hotel. I'd say it was good, but not great! While very clean, with great staff, it is slightly dated. I was perfectly pleased with my room, a bigger "suite" with a comfy bed and nice AC. In the elevator down to the lobby, an older couple couldn't stop complaining that their room had NO pillows! They asked the manager at the front desk, and said he just shrugged! Another guest at the bar complained that his AC was terrible - not my experience, but kinda important in a heatwave. Overall I had a really nice stay but can't give 5 stars due to these other issues.

Malgré une arrivée tardive, le personnel est toujours aux petits soins pour vous, à l'écoute de tous vos désirs, c'est très agréable d'arriver dans ces conditions après une dure journée. Je recommande cet hôtel qui en plus est à proximité de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique.

While it was very quiet compared to other places I could hear families in nearby rooms and doors closing. Internet connection was very poor and not enough hot water for a bath. Food was exceptional, service premium and bed very comfortable. Good place to get some sleep.

Nice property. But i gues it need full refurbishment especially in the rooms. The wooden floor is cracked and open and can be dangerous due to health and safety. Many marks on the floor and not that clean to the assumed standard. Staffs seems friendly and helpful. Restaurant food are ok except the coffe maker machines that i guess need attention as it wasn't functioning on drink request.

It’s in a good location, five minutes walk from Campo Grande metro station, and buses go from there as well, so many options to get into the city. The gardens between the hotel and the metro are also very pleasant. This is a peaceful alternative to staying in the noise of downtown. The hotel was comfortable, the wifi was very fast and reliable and the staff were helpful.
