It is a very nice easy to find hotel. Ice cold water and fruit in the lobby. Free airport shuttle. Nice area, great employees and customer service. One note to improve would be to add charger capability of any kind, usb, or usb-c near the bedside. Had to charge phone across the room which was not ideal for me personally.

Made reservation based on location and airport shuttle availability. When calling for pick up was told service not available as shuttle bus was in repair. Same excuse the next morning. Had to take a taxis which cost over $20. I ordered chicken for dinner at the restaurant. The waiter brought a pork dinner, insisting this is what I ordered and pointed to on the menu. He was actually arguing with me. Very disappointing experience at this hotel.

We originally booked for that hotel that. Knowing it had a shuttle, and it was not working. The two times we were there.Two hour trip and the elevator stopped working one day right. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the ruins were clean.

We really liked the stay here, close to airport, staff were great, breakfast had lot of options and good, nothing to complain, had coffee and tea for us to enjoy when we got back. They had some candy, cinnamon cookies, apples for evening snacks. You get 2 bottles of water free per day. Parking needs to be paid from 9am to 7pm, but we were out anyway during that time exploring Lisbon. It would be nice if they could provide microwave so we can warm up any leftovers.
