This was the perfect place for our family. We had 24 hours in Lisbon and an early flight the next morning. We were able to store our bags and freshen up while waiting for our room. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a mix-up on our airport shuttle time, the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to give a special airport ride. Then the staff found my husbands hearing aids left behind and brought them to us at the airport. WOW! The staff were really special

Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning did not work in our room, which was pretty terrible early June. Thankfully my kids had the connecting room with working air conditioning, so I was able to sleep there (my older daughter and my husband are less sensitive to heat). We opened the connecting door so they were able to get some cool air that way too. No compensation was offered for the non working air conditioning by staff in the morning. The restaurant inside the hotel has good food and good service. The shuttle is a nice touch, it was timely and the driver was friendly. We did not get the bagged breakfast that was offered and we asked for, but I guess that happens. There is a shoe store next door to the hotel (accessible from the hotel) with good selection and good prices for leather shoes.
