We really enjoyed this hotel it was a little further from main area but walkable. It had a European flare staff was helpful. Great breakfast and a terrace you could enjoy lovely room

It was so unique and beautiful, we absolutely loved it. The family room was so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely as well. All of the staff was so helpful and friendly. You also couldn’t beat the location. Truly an amazing stay.

The hotel is very old but was likely incredible during its heyday. Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk people were efficient but not friendly. We attempted to book airport transfers through the hotel but did not get help making those arrangements prior to arrival. If I return to Lisbon, I will find another property in the same area. The residual smell of cigarette smoke and the dated carpet along with the lack of communication from the staff about the transfer cause three strikes for me.

We stayed at this hotel June 3th, 4th, 5th. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during the course of our stay. The location is very central and close to restaurants, shopping, and tour buses. The hotel has an old world charm and is very well kept and clean. The bathroom in the room (as well as our friends') was a bit dated. The bathtub is quite narrow and the plumbing is not exactly new. Because the tub is so narrow and has high sides, it's a bit of a challenge for people with knee and hip replacements. Having said that, it was one of the few hotels that had bath sheet sized towels and face cloths.

The hotel was super beautiful free breakfast in the nice dinning area. Hotel had a lot great details that was amazing. Free water tea a coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. Area was great. A very good restaurant close by with great food. The room was bright and large could open the window and see outside. Close to everything walkable. Free champagne. Overall great experience and had old luxury feel. Would recommend.
