We had high expectations but the bad maintenance of the elevators, TV, air conditioning and toilet let it down. AC didn’t work when we arrived. TV broke down and the shower drainage gave a horrible experience

I had a great massage. The top floor had a bar and a pool. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for sunbathing, but that's not the hotel's fault. It's not far from the airport but a ways away from many of the top attractions.

We found this to be a fantastic option for our family. The staff were friendly and accommodating and our room was ready before schedule. The children loved the rooftop pool and there were plenty of areas to sit in the sun or enjoy some shade, with a great bar serving food and drinks. Breakfast was varied and really tasty.

I loved staying at the Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. It was the best place to stay away from all the super busy area. I prefer a quiet spot...but close enough to take an Uber or hop on a bus and be in the tourist spots. The bonus was that this hotel was near some good restaurants, coffee shops/bakeries, public transportation and shopping.

My sleep was superb at this hotel-it was super clean. My favourite part by far was the rooftop pool-was so comfy- I also had a great nap up there. It was also a nice spot to drink my morning coffee. I didn't eat much food in the hotel-so I cannot comment on that-but the breakfast looked delicious.
