Brilliant location, comfortable room, bed and pillows. Friendly staff and breakfast was included in our tariff. Only pitfall was the coffee at breakfast was lukewarm. Pretty good options with basics of eggs, bacon, beans and sausages covered. Nice selection of cheese, meats, pastries and fruit. We’d highly recommend, as your eateries are right outside your front door. Taxi rank about 3 min walk. A nice vibe, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The room was very small but clean. Perfect location close to tourist attractions. Very convenient with tours meeting points. Breakfast was wonderful with hot/cold food. I enjoyed their breakfast offers the most selection of fresh fruits. Friendly English speaking staff. Hotel pickup and drop off is convenient but pricy. Uber was used a few times and very convenient and inexpensive.

We spent 8 days at this cozy boutique hotel in a central area of Lisbon. Will start by sati g the Staff at the hotel were very helpful and delightful. Service all around was excellent. The buffet options provides for a good selection of hot and cold foods and the best cappuccinos in town. Our room was small but very accommodating for our needs. Bed was super comfortable, satellite TV, coffee machine and minibar a plus. Our room was in the back corner of the building so it was very quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay at BePoet and will highly recommend it. Hoping to visit in the future.

Lovely stay. Perfect hotel right in the heart of Lisbon. Lively area but quiet in the hotel. Staff were really kind and attentive and the special touch of a birthday cake in our room (without telling them) was lovely. They even got the age on the candles! Thank you
