Hotel was beautiful and perfectly located--central but yet just out of the craziness. Staff could not have been nicer---It felt like coming to stay with friends.

The perfect place!

Great experience! The staff were helpful & friendly. They provided recommendations prior to our visit. We appreciated their hospitality & friendliness. The hotel room was equipped with more than what we needed, in a great location that was walking distance to some of our favorite places. Quiet - which is hard to find in almost any city. My daughter and I had a deluxe twin room which was spacious, clean and stylish. The building is decorated in a contemporary, minimal style but it has lovely original features. It was quiet and in a fantastic location for exploring. It was easy to get the metro from the airport and walk with small cases from the metro station to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage and get into our room early. We loved exploring on foot, on the tram and also were pleased to be able to go to Sintra for the day. As first time visitors to Lisbon for 4 nights it was perfect. Can’t fault the hotel and the room we had, so would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend

The hotel and staff were amazing. We were given great information on how to get around Lisbon and surrounding areas. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. It was located in a great area with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. I used uber a few times to return to hotel (due to a foot injury prior to trip) and found that service easy and inexpensive as an alternative to walking. I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant room in Chiado

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent location to explore Lisbon by Metro or any other means of transportation. Rooms were super convenient, especially the bed was very comfortable. High ceilings and beautiful windows was a respite from a regular hotel room. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Just needed extra coffee pods and they had in the room immediately.

Very hospitable staff. After booking- I received a WhatsApp message and a phone call direct from this hotel to ensure I knew what to do/expect upon arrival. They also booked transportation from airport for us. They made the experience very easy and seamless. The room is on the smaller side but very comfortable and clean. Perfect location for walking out the door and immediately exploring. Great location!

I can't say one bad thing about our stay here. We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff that made check in easy and helped with recommendations throughout our stay. Our room was clean and beautiful! I recommend a room with a balcony, that was our favorite part. Great price for the location and room in my opinion!

In the heart of old Lisbon, a short walk from the top of a funicular and a lovely lookout, right on the edge of the bairro alto, and a four min walk from a metro stop. Was very grateful for the four escalators to get up from the metro to the station entrance at bairro chiado to largo do chiado. Hotel was clean, modern, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Made great use of it as a home base for exploring Lisbon with the Lisboa card
