Located in an excellent part of Lisbon. The included breakfast was great and the staff helpful. The rooms are small but expected given it is located in the old part of town. Rooms are clean and well present and the bed is comfortable. I would definitley recommend.

The room with balcony is small and different as the web shows. The AC is off and cannot turns on. The 5 stuffs I met, 1 is very friendly, 1 is natural, the other seems either hate their job or hate customs.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The room was lovely and the bathroom was new looking. There was a hair dryer, but no plug in the bathroom. Hotel is very convenient to many sites throughout Lisbon.

Hotel is located near to most downtown attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room on the 2nd floor was clean, quiet and well equiped. It was small but just adequate for a 3 night stay. Beware of taxi drivers in Lisbon they will rip you off at every opportunity.

Rooms are very small! The elevator was also very small most people will need to do 2 trips with their luggage. Staff was mediocre and not very accommodating. Be prepared to unload your own luggage on a major road as they have no bell hop service, no free parking and no unload/load area. The restaurant we saw seemed very small. The positive is it is in a very convenient location. Most top attractions are in walking distance. Great food options once you venture out.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Clean and modern with all the facilities you would need for your stay. All the staff were so lovely and welcoming, they were so helpful with booking transfers to and from the airport too. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!
