Stayed for the President’s Day weekend and it was amazing! Hotel staff has top notch service & cleanliness. Go see concierge Sydney S. for reservations on & off property and recommendations. She’s the best! Hotel puts on a great fireworks show right in front of the pool area. Definitely would recommend this location!

Will I was always thought wow the name ritz Carlton it’s the best hotel ever but I stayed at there Orlando location it was really average not what I thought sometimes the name will fool you I’m not saying the hotel was bad but for ritz was really average no big deal really.
