The parking was a bit crazy at night time coming back to the room i feel like if your paying for parking it shouldn’t be at the back the hotel and have to walk all the way to the front insane to me with bags and kids etc… everything else was amazing i feel like making the rooms should have a microwave in it and not have to walk down to the front desk

Upon initial observation, the accommodations appeared satisfactory. However, we discovered mold on the showerhead and stains on the linens and comforters. Furthermore, we were not informed that a convention was being held, which resulted in challenging parking conditions, particularly on Saturday evening. Additionally, there was some sort of video production happening onsite with two box trucks, occupying numerous parking spaces, further exacerbating the issue. The atmosphere was further compromised by the presence of what appeared to be illicit substances being smoked in close proximity to the pool area, where children were present. We are disheartened by the apparent lack of cleaning and maintenance efforts during our stay at the Marriott establishment. The matters concerning the shower and the sheets have been taken up with management

Confusing arrival lack of signs thermostat wouldn’t work. Had to call maintenance could not find the ice machine. Had to call housekeeping to get them to bring me ice. Could not get out of the parking lot because I had handed in my key had to leave my car. There is no one at the front desk. I had to knock on the associate store to get somebody to come out. Complete disaster

The property is nice on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms are old outdated and the carpet smells the house keeping only came to do the beds they didn’t take out trash or bring fresh towels

I think the property is beautiful and well kept. I just don't like last minute surprises. I had to pay an additional fee for parking my car overnight. It should not be told during check-in. I should have known before.

Our stay

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The beds could have been better they sit really low and for older people it makes it hard to get in and out.
