Cheap and good location but run down

The room was very shabby with stains on floors, walls, bathtub, mirrors, sink, counter, ceilings, floors, and comforter.

Staff were very kind, free shuttles to all theme parks, very conveniently located right next to ICON park (it was about a 5 min walk for us). The bath tub was not the best, I’d recommend bringing flip flops or slides, as well as your own soap/shampoo/conditioner if you care about quality. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay!

The room was not functional. For starters the bathroom door would jam, the toilet was broken and dirty, and the property is under going renovations meaning no quietness during your stay. The elevator looks run down and has holes in the walls and ripped up floors in the elevator. Did not stay in this hotel and requested a refund.

We checked in late after a full day of amusement parks. Check in was fast but that is the only good thing about the whole experience. The first thing I noticed was the pic of the lobby didn't match the lobby. I was tired at this point n just wanted to get to sleep so went to my room 219. We got there and again pictures looked so much better, like a filter had been applied. We were on a girls trip so there was two beds .one bed was decent the other bed still smelled like cologne/perfume from prior people. We opened the sheets after that and found several pieces of hair . We then called front desk asking to switch rooms because obviously this room hadn't been cleaned. They advised me they had no other rooms and they would send us new sheets. Mind you at this point it was close to midnight and we had been walking for 10 plus hours and all we wanted to do was take a shower and go to sleep. The lady then came up n informed us there were no cleaning ladies and if we wanted clean sheets we had to put them on ourselves. We agreed because we were exhausted and wanted to lay down. The whole night we were paranoid about the cleanliness of the beds/room because of this . The bathroom was special looking and i showered wit flip flops on. Also construction starts early so if you are planning to sleep in in the morning good luck. Never got any form of compensation, manager reaching out to fix the problem the next day nothing. I would never stay here again n wish u luck if u do.

Hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The lobby and pool area were clean and in good repair. The room was awful. Black mold in the ceilings, walls were dirty, carpet was dirty and the fridge and microwave were old. Drapes were torn. When we checked in the room was bare to the point of no trash can. I inquired about a blow dryer as there wasn’t one in the room and the front desk agent said the maintenance team would have to bring one, so I asked for a trash can too. The trash can made it the blow dryer never did.

Upon arrival, the hotel floors were not secured, allowing anyone to walk right in. The hotel room itself was disgusting, with bugs crawling all over our bed and countertops. Due to these unsanitary conditions, I had no choice but to rebook with another hotel, as I couldn’t bear the thought of staying the night.

Pleasantly surprised 😃

The hotel was very reasonable and the rooms were large and clean. The grounds were well maintained. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The pool was in great shape and very clean. The hotel is in a great location on International Drive. The hotel is being renovated as new owners took over in 2024. No resort fee and free parking!!!
