First time staying and is very comfortable, front deal person 10/10 on their attention. Price was good for a weekend. Room was clean perfect for just to stay and sleep. I truly recommend this hotel to stay. Stays in between Altamonte and Winterpark you have choose a perfect stay.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The door wouldn’t shut completely and I feel like someone could have easily broken in. Very unsafe in my opinion and I think staff didn’t care. Would not recommend this place

Dissatisfied stay

Looked like no one has ever closed the bathroom door & cleaned behind it. No vending machines, when I got ice there was something black in the cubes. The pool was disgusting. At 8pm I went to ask a few questions & front door was locked already & no one to be found, although there was a notice saying front desk was open until 10pm.

My room was clean.. no frills .. not even a plastic cup but furniture was nice and I had a great TV.. the water and bathroom had a sulfur smell and toilet ran off and on but I just closed the door.The refrigerator was rattling so I unplugged it . It wasn’t cool inside. You get what you pay for. I was fine with the room .

The hotel was dirty, we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper on our 3 day stay. Also our room key stopped working 2 times. The breakfast was less than impressive.

I worked in hospitality for 20 years and by far this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. It was extremely dirty, lots of bugs, very outdated, and falling apart. We had to exchange our towels at front desk to get new ones, which we could only do threw a window. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it weren't for Daytona 500 I would have just left and paid for a different room. I am not even sure how this hotel passes Wyndham's standards.

The lady who checked us in on Monday February 10th was amazing but that’s the only amazing thing about this property. There was mold on the shower curtain, floors looked dirty, the door didn’t close properly, the breakfast was non existent. The pictures in the listing did not match the facilities. Do not waste your money.

I didn’t like that I killed two roaches and the rooms were dirty. The entire room needed to be cleaned better but especially the bathroom. The towels were old and worn as was the bedding.

The room had blood on sheets and a crazy odor. Smelled like a dead body was near by! I didn’t sleep in the room at check in I requested my money back and haven’t seen a penny yet
