Lake is an easy stroll on flat ground. Geese, deer, and misc wildlife are abundant. Golf cart can be use by adults only - no one under the age of 21 allowed to drive golf cart. Boat launch available. Please advise owner if bringing your own boat as second entry will be necessary for entry.

Located in East Tennessee on Watts Bar Lake and only 30 minutes from Tyson McGee (Knoxville) Airport. Shopping abundant and close to Dollywood, Gatlinberg, Pigeon Forge and many Hiking spots.

Guest have easy access to lake and plenty of furniture to use. Gentle entry into lake.
Patio has a dining table and living room with plenty of seating, fireplace, stereo, outdoor tv and views, views views. Second fireplace lakeside close to water.
