We love coming here. This was our second time staying here. We love the indoor and outdoor pools. The staff are always super friendly too! The only thing we don’t like is the small bathrooms. Then, after showers our feet would be black after walking on the carpet, so the rooms could definitely use some deep cleaning. Other than that, we love it!

We have stayed here multiple times and are generally happy with it. This time there were a few small issues with the condition of the room- plumbing was sluggish and the bathroom door handle would stick. The room was very clean though. The elevator was out the entire time of our stay, so we had to go around the world to get to our room. Decent value for what you get- a clean room in a safe area walkable to Parkway.

Older but tons of charm.
The Glenstone Lodge is definitely one of the older hotels in Gatlinburg but it’s still nice. Some of the rooms are dated but they are working on them. The pool area was nice for families and there was an option for indoor or outdoor swimming. Since it rained every day we were there, the indoor option was amazing. There is an on site restaurant, and the food was pretty good. It is within walking distance of the strip and parking is free at the hotel. All in all, a good time was had by all.

Great hotel!
The hotel was great! Very nice and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Even the restaurant was pretty good. Mainly the pizza jsyk. My only complaint was my room was poolside and the kids were kinda loud which made sleeping in past 9 and taking naps mid day impossible because it was too loud but that’s more my problem because I didn’t check that out before hand. All in all great hotel and would recommend.

The property location was wonderful. Easily walkable to historic Gatlinburg. The indoor pool was better than your average hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean, but very outdated. The bathroom was small with no vent so everything was very damp following showers. It was also very damp in the room in July when we visited. But overall an enjoyable stay.

Overnight stay.
Stayed overnight with family. The kids swam the night of in the indoor and outdoor pool. They enjoyed it. Pools were clean. Shower had sewer gas smell coming back up through it is only complaint. So we just shut bathroom door.
