Dear NF, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us about your stay. I can certainly understand your frustration and please accept my sincere apology. While we do our best to avoid them, oversold, undersold and room type availability situations do occasionally occur at the hotel and require us to find alternate ways to accommodate our guests based on the occupancy at the time of our guest’s arrival. Sometimes this becomes a little harder when a guest has 'booked' a reservation through a third party booking agency, such as in your case. After reviewing your situation, I found that we discounted your quoted rate before the first night as a token of good faith even though we do not charge extra for views and or balconies. It's our goal to make sure that every guest situation is well taken care of and we attempted to do so in your case, unfortunately we did not meet your expectations and for that please accept my apologies.
