I was first given a room that was not cleaned and prepared for guests, beds were not made. The second room did not have working locks on the inside and the air conditioning unit was filthy. We did not stay due to safety concerns and are now fighting to receive a refund. The room pictured on Expedia are not what the rooms look like now. I strongly recommend Expedia remove this property from their offerings as this is a bait-and-switch.

It is located on what i consider as the strip of pigeon forge. It has cookout, Wendy's, shoneys, etc. Numerous gas options and shops. Wal-Mart is 15 mins away and Dollar General is 7-8mins away. The check in staff and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Have your License Plate number ready because even if you check in online the system does not transfer your tag number for staff. The rooms are being remodeled. Our room could have been way cleaner. But was not so gross it was unreasonable. It needed to be mopped and the bath tub needed cleaning. No bugs of any kind in room. Pillows need replacing. Was missing toilet paper holder (no biggy). Good variety of channels on the TV. Our air was amazingly cold. Mini Fridge worked great. Microwave was clean and worked. Family of 4. The pool stays open to 10 or 11pm. Small pool but enough to enjoy. No ice machine and quite a few people smoking weed all around the out side of the hotel rooms. $75 deposit for accidents was VERY REASONABLE!!! For the price we paid i am pleased. I really hope when they are finished with remodeling they dont jack up the price!!

Didn’t even stay the night. Walked up to our room and it felt like we were going to get mugged. Dumpster in front of our room, people smoking weed above us, beds stacked out in front of the doors. DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This place has mold in the floor and ceilings. Our luggage was wet and moldy by morning. Throughout the night our beds, which were not comfortable, and had stained sheets, became damp and smelly.

Cheap, and it shows. Okay to sleep?

Facility is old and feels dated. Rooms were updated in recent years. Mattress had no support. Felt the bar in the supports underneath. Pillows are poor quality too. Bathroom wasn't dirty but felt old and dirty. Vinyl/laminate flooring felt wet from humid surroundings.

Walked in smelled a weird smell the coat rack was very rusty and bathroom door knob was loose The towel rack was missing . there was no WiFi there for the Roku tv in the room was worthless. The address for the hotel is wrong on the hotels app it’s actually a mile further down the road Not where I wanted my son for the night but had no choice

I, like some other people, booked this location based on the website pictures. Those pictures in no way are a true depiction of this property I'm sure were those pictures came from. The desk clerk was friendly, she asked if we would like a first floor or third floor room, we were given a room on the first floor. This room had terrible smell and bugs. I returned to the desk told the clerk she gave us a room on the third floor, this room was better, looked as through the beds were new, and no smell or bugs. The only amenity was the pool which was not very impressive. There are no phones in the rooms at least not ours. The bathtub looked dirty and the water dripped none stop. Not much positive I can say about this property but it was close to whatever we wanted to do. I would stay clear of this place .
