Lord I hope you never book here nasty ant the word for this place no hot tub like it says the pool is green and nasty no breakfast like it says that was a plus when we booked and it was awful noisy drugs could smell what they were smoking constantly nothen worked right black mold in the shower and in the room fridge was frozen over no coffee no towels in the rooms no toilet paper lord stay away from this place I was just there had two rooms worse experience I ever had will never book there again and the sleep no you ant sleeping at night there screaming all night hollering burn outs with cars trucks and motorcycles no police never came went on every night we where there and it was for 3 days tv only gets certain channels they have people living there full time that are scary keeps walking by your room and I just hope before you book this place you read this worse place to stay and nothing it says is true no food no pool dirty and nasty rooms and no amenities like personal hygiene so don't waste your money was there on 9/19/25-9/22/25 run don't stop here

Wouldnt let a sewer rat stay here!

Pictures says it all. I was looking for a budget friendly room and i was amazed at the price, how ever i would have had more comfort and cleanliness at the county jail. Went straight to the office after the first night to tell them the fridge flooded my room and ruined all my food, i also understand all the beds are the same but the room i was put in the beds was worse then laying on a box spring. I got laughed at n put in another room. The staff lives on site and partied til late in the night both nights i was there. Talked to customer support at hotels.com to let them know what type of business they are promoting. Hotels.com did a wonderful job helpung me out but what that hotel did after is crazy. They had a abandoned car full to the max in the parking lot. While i was taking my stuff to the car the owner was outside with the owner of said car and said ya thats her that complained go say something to her. I simply said come near me and i will mase u period. That could have been a very dangerous situation. Claimed to go breakfast and open pool til Oct 1st. Pool was green n had trash floating in it with no breakfast of any kind. There isnt even a phone to use in an emergency.

The room was $40 however the damage fee was $75 thats not cool! We did NOT know this was an extended stay hotel! Lots of people hanging out around the hotel. Cigarette Smoke all around the hotel! Eleven O'clock at night people setting right outside our room loud and we could not sleep smoke coming in our room! Inside of the room looks nice and clean, walking areas outside the room HORRIBLE!!! She put us on the 3rd floor so we got to see the entire building! So inconsiderate in my opinion! I told the front desk clerk the hairdryer does not work he said yes I know! Well Sir!! Very cheap hotel but you get what you pay for! Never us again! Just think is money worth it!

Disappointing stay…

Not enough towels for 4 people (as stated before our stay.) No working phone number to make contact when away from the hotel. Busted hot tub surround. Dirty mirrors. No toilet paper. Filthy floors. Pillows have zero-life left in them. A/C didn’t work very efficiently. Beds were not comfortable. Only plus about this hotel is that they didn’t have any bugs.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this but I can honestly say that this was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. It was so bad that I checked out after the first night even though I had already paid for 2 nights. The sidewalks and halls of the property were very sketchy. There was feces (dog or human I’m not sure) on several of the walkways. There was abandoned furniture on the walkways. The hallways and ramps and stairwells leading to the second and third floors were filthy and poorly lit. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and walkways all night. The room had small amounts mold in several areas. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. They did not provide a floor towel for the shower/tube so we had to step out onto a tile floor while wet. They also didn’t provide a hand towel for the sink. Only 2 towels and two washcloths. I felt like I was staying at Braidwood Inn from the movie Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. NEVER AGAIN will I even consider staying at any Wyndham property.

Found item to smoke drugs with in room in front of fridge, cig ashs everywhere in a non smoking room, floors was extremely filthy. Bathroom was very dirty, everything was filthy. They did not want to make ANYTHING RIGHT. and, house keeping stole my BRAND NEW work boots !!!!! Do not recommend!!!!

Don't fall for the price

Ok, so.....I will never stay here again. You get what you pay for, especially here. Mismatched old furniture. Toilet seat broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower dripping. Outside areas littered with garbage. But, I was just in town for one night for a car show and figured I'd only be sleeping there, so big deal, right? Wrong. When I came back for the night to settle in and watch a little need to fall asleep, I couldn't. There was a brand new tv in the room, with plastic still on the screen (the old one was still there as well 🙄). That's fine it's a new tv....too new; no one has set it up and I either had to create an account to watch it, or just not watch. So, no tv. Com one that with people running and screaming until 2am, and I'm just done. Never again

The room was clean when we arrived.Our room had a bulb burned out, the t.v. went out & the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. 8 yr. old granddaughter tried to close it & the hinges came out of the wall. They did come and took care of all of the issues. The place could use an update . The stairwells & ramps could use pressure washing.

Room was in bad condition- items missing including chairs and wastebins. We found mold on the bathroom ceiling. Also we were told after we got there that it was a "grab and go" breakfast which is granola bars and coffee. We ended up going to Waffle House across the street.

They did not have continental breakfast as stated on their advertisement. They only provided pop tarts and coffee. Hotel room was clean and comfy. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but was liveable for a couple nights stay. Staff was nice.
