Fireplace did not work so make sure it works if you pay extra for the room. Guy and lady with dyed hair were both helpful. Other staff were kind of rude, bad attitudes. Enjoyed trip though.

It was good just understanding its renovation is important so no necessary super clean but clean enough. The staff and breakfast are amazing great food and dedicated staff they try to work with you and do what they can to accommodate you it’s a good hotel if your super picky want the best beds best everything this place is it for you but you would also pay $300 a night for luxury and not $40 but you got it like that burn it up but for us average folk this pace is great for the value I highly recommend it!

Worst experience at a hotel. Room smelled like smoke, was dirty, holes in the walls, no toilet paper. The entire outside of the room smelled like marijuana.

It was the nastiest hotel we have stayed in. Dirt and hair in the bed, only had 2 bath towels no washcloth, hand towels or bath floor mat. They moved us to another room wasn't much better at 930ish pm. They floor was damp looked like they just cleaned up something, on the table was a armband from a amusement park with water drops by it. The receptionist said no one has been in room. Same problem with towels plus no trash can. Breakfast was a joke.

We got to the room and we got the suite that had two rooms. The rooms were nasty. There was no trash cans. Sheets had paint on them. One of the ac unit did not work at all a second one started pouring water on day 2. There was a mc meeting there and they were in the parking lot drinking smoking weed loud music till almost midnight. The our neighbor was seating outside smoking weed which caused our room to smell like it. There was black mold on the ceiling. Outside patios were never cleaned and were nasty. Beds and pillows were highly uncomfortable. The only reason for the one star is because it was in a good location to Dollywood which was our purpose for trip.

They room smelled like smoke and mold. The floor was damp from moisture in the room. Asked to be switched to a different room but still smelled like smoke and mold, the bathroom was disgusting. Also charged a damage recovery fee of $75 which i knew nothing about until I got there!! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone
