The hotel was nice, good location. We stayed because it was cheap and dog friendly. There is a $150 dog fee, which I didn’t realize when I booked it. I understand about the pet fee, our dog did not mess up anything. They did put three $100 holds on my credit card even though they told me upon check-in they were putting a $100 hold on my card. I’m fine with the one time hold, but not three at $100 a piece. When I asked during check-out she said they would come off except the pet fee. There were pool parties both nights we were there which were kind of loud, but we were in a room very close to the pool. I would say this is a hotel for younger people. Overall a good stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and didn’t have a smell, which is always a plus to me.

This is our second stay at The Wayback. We do like the location of the hotel. Both stays at the hotel the pool bar wasn’t opened. The rooms are nice and cozy. Overall clean but the baseboards and doors needs a good cleaning. The outside of the hotel does need updating with some color to match the inside decor. The restaurant food was okay.It beats going out once in the room. We plan on staying here again if the prices stay the same. Hopefully the pool bar will be opened on our next stay.

My key will not get me in the pool. I got two free drink tickets that were expired. The desk clerk told me my room was on the other side of the property. After moving my vehicle I realized my room was straight above where I originally parked. I had a nice drive arpund the parking lot. Still have no pool access

This is absolutely a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the torture chair and no foot stool. The chair was put in for appearance not comfort. Wood arms with no padding and no back support even with pillows behind you. Other than that everything was great.

Pool area, hot tub needs major improvement. With no carry in of food or beverages a soda cost like 5.00 a glass mix drinks are outrageous. No place to sit after they kick you out of the pool area at 10 p.m.

Great place!

The manager was really accommodating. We only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and well equipped. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It looked gorgeous and water was warm for a chilly day. Perfect location in pigeon Forge, walking distance to alot.
