There was no problem with the room art the facility that we stayed at. But it is situated on a dead end road and there is an old convention center across the street. It looks like it could fall down at any time.

We travelled from the UK and we couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. Room on the river was amazing and the room had everything we require and very clean,staff where friendly,Pool was very clean. Only a 10 minute drive to Dollywood. We are hoping to come back and we will definitely be booking the same hotel and hopefully same room .

Our room was clean and comfortable. This was our annual sisters trip. We chose Pigeon Forge for all of the different activities amd all the shopping. Our room was perfect for us, we had 2 king size beds and a kitchenette. The private patio was relaxing to enjoy my morning coffee on. I will stay at this hotel again!

Check in was great. Had to drive around a campground to get to hotel. Did not like that bath linens were used for kitchen linens at all. That is gross to think of people shower towels are cleaning our dishes. Bed linens could use an update.

This was our second time staying. We love that it’s on the creek and close to the strip. Breakfast is always hot. Beds are comfortable and their water pressure is amazing!

Wonderful Stay!

This is a modern hotel with all the amenities you could ask for, but it is nestled next to a creek and has the feel of a remote nature lodge, even though you can walk to most attractions in Pigeon Forge! Vet friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful, clean, modern rooms! A great choice! We were able to walk from our room to “Dolly Parton’s Stampede” - it was a lot of fun! Lots of geese and ducks, if you are on the first floor you can feed them from your balcony!
