We had a wonderful stay. Our view from the balcony was great & relaxing. I got a splinter from grabbing their handrail & your staff gave me a free sewing kit so I could use a needle in it to dig the splinter out. Great quick thinking on that. We were impressed with the Sunrise Breakfast Bar. So many choices. No way you could leave feeling hungry.

Last minute reservation when VRBO fell through Excellent check in experience, clean room but nothing fancy. Great price point, and conveniently located. Excellent sound proofing, firm bed that was a great nights sleep, and ample towels.

Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. River view was great from balcony. Room was cozy. Room says queen bed but looks like a full. Bed was firm. Took one star because of the ducks. They are loud in the morning.

Everything in the room was fine, except at night there was a lot of noise, people talking very loudly in the hallway at midnight. We stayed 4 nights. Another thing I didn't like was the ladies in charge of the kitchen; you would greet them and they wouldn't respond. The first breakfast was fine, but the second and third breakfasts had hard and burnt potatoes.

We stayed in room 2233 the door would not open, we called down someone came up finally got us in our room told us maintenance would take care of it. The next morning we go out about our day get back to the room that night temp 33 and had to stand outside because the door again would not open. Finally by slamming our shoulder in the door we got inside no one ever came to the room that night. I called back because no one showed up ask go speak to a manager someone would call me the next morning that was Sunday, today is Tuesday and I still haven’t received a call. The door opening may not seem like a big deal but it was cold and just something that could have been avoided altogether.

We visit Pigeon Forge often but this is ghe first time we have stayed at Creekstone. It was great. The location on the river was perfect. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever had at a hotel. We will definitely be visiting again.
