There was no problem with the room art the facility that we stayed at. But it is situated on a dead end road and there is an old convention center across the street. It looks like it could fall down at any time.

Breakfast was fair, five day stay ate breakfast there once. Bathroom very small and tub was very slippery. I have a balance issue, no grab bars. Nice to have covered parking, the morning we left it was pouring rain. Otherwise not a bad place to stay.

Staff was extremely rude upon check in. Observed staff member yelling at an elderly man. Rooms were run down and not very clean. Toilet was loose. Juice kept ruining out during breakfast and no one refilled them.

Rooms were nice n clean. Staff were all nice. Breakfast was good, view from balcony on back was very pretty. It is river view and there is an RV park across the river. The front of the Inn has a dilapidated hotel across the street. We stayed five days and our room was never cleaned. They removed our trash n left towels n coffee each day. I asked why the beds weren’t made n they said they don’t do that anymore since Covid. But I could get clean sheets n make our beds myself.

I checked out one day earlier than anticipated, before 8am that morning, and it’s five days later and I still have no refund for the last night I did not stay. The property itself is clean, rooms comfortable, but not receiving a refund when you are owed one, in a timely manner, is frankly ridiculous. I’ve never had to check out early anywhere and then not gotten my prepaid night, refunded back. There are too many motels of the same quality in the area, some at better rates, to deal with that.

Not what I expected based off of the pictures and reviews. Bottom line, it was clean and I appreciate that. The room definitely needs updates. There were stains and holes on the curtains, the walls were chipped and the toilet was a rocking chair.
