Staff super friendly, very quiet local, trees surrounding made it out of view of strip and minimized noise. Only downside is toilet was super low and not suited for mobility issues and some older folks

Check in and out was easy and fast. Our room was roomy, bathroom was clean with lots is counter space and good lighting. Our beds were not very comfortable and I think some new mattresses might be called for, however, the condition of the room was very nice.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for a quick stay and the young gentleman from Jamaica working the night shift front counter was delightful. He was super nice and made you feel very welcome. It’s the little things that make a nice stay

Everything about this location / facilities were wonderful for the exception of the TV remotes (2 different ones) being wonky (channel up / down and volume control) and the LED lighting being very subdued. Hands down best breakfast buffet for this class hotel. Having pay laundry facilities another handy plus. My new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge

Great location and friendly staff. Only complaint was constant barking from the dogs in room next door. Not hotels fault but would be best if all pets were on a different floor from guests without pets. Overall very happy with the stay.

It was a little rude from the staff to deactivate our keys in the morning I was doing everything to adjust my car and meet the checkout time (11) but locking 1 hour before the checkout time was rude. Cleanning service pushing us to leave as well.
