We had a really pleasant stay at the Ramsey Convention Center. The room was extra clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The staff at the front desk were very kind and easy to work with, which I really appreciated. The only downside was around 10:30 p.m. when a large group of teenagers and kids came in from the pool area. They were screaming, slamming doors, and being extremely loud getting off the elevator, which woke us up. I did call the front desk, and they handled the situation politely and quickly. While the noise didn’t completely stop, it did quiet down after that. Overall, aside from that late-night disturbance, the stay was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay again!

The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. The pictures on the website didn’t match reality. The breakfast was decent and convenient. The pool was open 24 hours which is the highlight of the hotel. The hotel is dated and not the cleanest. It was an ok experience.

We paid in full through Expedia and the hotel wanted us to pay again and get a refund from Expedia. Expedia refunded our money and we moved to a different hotel. They had a confirmation but refused a room unless we paid the hotel.

We booked 3 rooms. At check-in only one room was ready, by 430 with me tracking down towels the 2nd room was ready. At 5:30 when we wanted to head to dinner room 3 wasn't ready still so that family had to shower and get ready in our room. I went and asked what was holding up the 3rd room. They were missing a towel and a tea k-pod. That was why we couldn't check in at 3pm for that room. Really? There was no apologies about it. Then at 9:30 the next morning housekeeping knocks on our door and I yelled from the bathroom where I was getting ready. She came in on me as I was naked trying to get ready. At 9:40 a man walked into my room. What the hell? Neither apologized to me. I called the front desk and they said it was because the employees don't speak English. NOT an excuse for coming into someone's room after they've yelled that they'd be to the door in a minute. The rooms were poorly remodeled. The furniture is stained and worn. It wasn't worth the price they're charging for the service we received. The 2nd morning the same thing with housekeeping barging in even with the Do Not Disturb sign up. We had called for maintenance because our toilet wouldn't flush. We told them we'd be gone all day. No one showed up to fix it. Again, no apologies from management or employees. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

We had booked 3 rooms. We got there a hour after check-in and only 1 room was ready. At 2.5 hours after check-in the 3rd room still wasn't ready so that family had to shower and get ready for our dinner reservations in our room. No apologies from management. Also, the toilet was broken and maintenance never came to fix that. We had housekeeping walk in on me 2 times while I was getting dressed even though I yelled, give me a minute. Again, no apologies from the hotel or management. Just an excuse that housekeeping doesn't know English. The rooms were poorly remodeled. For the price you expect a higher quality experience and better management of the property.
