Location is great as its in the middle of Pigeon Forge and set back from the main road means you dont get the noise from the main road. Easy access to all the amenities in the area. There is a Trolly stop at the hotel which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly especially Peggy and the other lady at breakfast. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Although we did not take advantage of the pool it did look really nice and inviting. The room was clean and very spacious. I would stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was on the smaller side, but very nice and clean. The pool was clean and relaxing. Would certainly stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Clean with Keurig coffee makers in the room. Free breakfast buffet. The pool and hot tub were nice but I wish they would turn down the temperature in the hot tub. It was too hot. I couldn't stay it in. Everything else was great.

Check in went super smooth, let me check in 2 hours early for free actually which was great. Hotel exterior is beautiful, and they have a nice lobby. The elevators were rough, and you could tell it’s an older hotel. Miss matched furniture in all hallways, very dimly lit, not in an intimate way but kinda creepy way. Get into the room and it showed its age. Hardware was falling off of the doors, doorstops falling out of the walls, cracked walls also. Overall the room was decently clean except behind the tv. Was super dusty, and the shower had some deep cracks and areas that needed repair. Hotel advertises “soundproof” rooms, this is not the case at all. We could hear conversations by people passing by, and in rooms above us. The breakfast buffet was a big let down also. Very small buffet, and some food was inedible to an extent. With the location and number of breakfast places nearby, I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Personally the only thing the hotel has going for it is the location. It is very overpriced compared to other hotels in the area for what you get. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and were severely let down and will not be back to this hotel.

The room was very clean and smelled really nice. The only thing I had complaint about was the outdated tv and the remote hardly worked. I think when you’re paying $183 a night they could at least get updated TV’s, other than that it was a nice place to stay

This was a great buy for pricr and being right in the middle of all the action. The pool was nice. Theres a hot tub and wven a fire pit. Breakfast is good but nothing to rave about... The rooms were spacious but not sound proof. The beds eh.

Hotel needs a make over, ceilings were moldy bath room door was busted. Room was not clean. We had milk or something spilt all over the frig and the cabinet. I asked the front desk person to get it taken care of, all thou he was extremely nice and listened to me they never came to clean it up.
