What a change from our last stay two years ago! Excellent staff and customer service. Clean, fresh lobby, room and new decor. Greeted by everyone we encountered. We have stayed here at least once and often twice a year for the past six years on our path to and from Atlanta. Went elsewhere in 2024 because 2023 was awful. Back to the high quality and standards we discovered in 2019!

Wonderful people, very friendly, rooms are clean the whole hotel is clean secure parking a great place to stay if you're going to go see Graceland and at a great price. Only thing I wish is that they had biscuits and gravy everyday, and you are in the south there was no grits.

The location is excellent if you’re looking for affordability near Graceland. The parking lot is gated, which I didn’t realize was going to be necessary but I’m glad it was there. The floor of our room was dirty- not awful, but dirty nonetheless. We read reviews about roaches and got concerned but didn’t see any in our room on the second floor so any issue that could’ve been there is likely eradicated.

Easy check in they assisted finding a driver to take us down town she gave us a tour too so nice and funny her name is Nita her business is Ecconomical shuttle. All our needs were met free shuttle to Graceland would highly recommend staying her wonderful breakfast too
