We walked into the room. I turned the light on in the bathroom and there were 2 cockroaches. I went right back to the office and handed my key in and let them know I wasn’t staying and booked a room elsewhere.

The only positive aspect of this lodging was the low price, and unfortunately that is about where the positives end. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay feel unwelcoming. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and attempts to call the front desk from my cell phone were unsuccessful. Everytime I selected the option for the front desk, the call was disconnected. The internet was completely unusable, which was a major issue as I needed reliable access to complete important business tasks during my stay. To make matters worse, I even seen a roach in the room, which was very concerning. Overall, this lodging did not meet my most basic standards for service, and I will not be booking here again.

The room was very run down, and there were several roaches in the bathroom. The heater was broken and dirty. I was also charged for a $75 damage deposit that I am working on getting refunded with no success.

We got checked in a women that was eating cracklings all the the time was helping us. Then when we got our room we had no lights except in the bath room. We went back to report it and still eating her cracklings said she would give us anther room all that time she was on her cell phone but then she was sending the repairman to our room to fix the problem so we waited in our room for 30minutes and he never came so we Will never stay there againwent back to the check in to see if we could just have another room Still eating she finally gave us another room Took us about two hours to get checked in and settled

i would never stay here again this place my heater sucked i had roaches in my room the shower they didn't push out hot water I would never stay here again. This place is horrible. I gave it a bad rating because of roaches. The pool was all green. The lady at the front desk was very rude. If I was you all you never stay here so bad
