This was worst experience we've ever had in all our years of overnight stays! This place is way past due for renovation! Took 3 different rooms before finding one we could tolerate. Doors that won't open, doors that barely open and shut, poor tv sevice once we finally found a remote that worked! Toilet that needed repairs, no coffee maker iron or ironing board, practically had to beg for stuff that should've already been in the room. Front desk would not answer the phone and it required a trip there to request anything! This place doesn't deserve a one star rating!!!!

Dirty, noisy, no towels very outdated. but you get what you pay for, no didn't feel safe. while i was trying to get towels someone complained there room was broken into

My husband and I came up for a little get away for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. This is our 3rd time staying and we have enjoyed it all 3 times.

I liked the big normal sized fridge. But i didn’t get any wash cloths to wash with just 3 towels and my bed was broke I had to lay to lay on it cause my son was scared he was gonna fall off. And when I went and told the lady at front desk she just joked around. And the tv kept cutting off and wouldn’t turn back on after a few time of turning it back on.

The beds were comfortable and clean. Receptionist was rude and disrespectful to customers, room had dirty walls and bathtub, table in room about to collapse, no extra blankets, door locks not working right poor lighting, substitute of refridge awful. Most likely will not stay again

My husband and I have stayed here the last couple of times that we have came to visit. We have enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was nice. We like staying there because it's close to the Island. We plan on coming back next year and this will be the Inn we stay at. WE WERE VERY PLEASED!

This hotel was horrible. The door didn’t shut, the sink was leaking all over the floor. There was a huge puddle. The bathroom was not clean at all. I turned in my key and stayed somewhere else. Do not recommend this place at all.

It was advertised to have WiFi free .. but in our room there was NONE and TV on the second night was terrible! Wouldn’t even play.. Then we got back home and our credit card email me that we were charged twice.. the same amount we were supposed to pay for the two nights! Resolve this problem or I’ll never trust you all again! 😢😪thanks Mac & Mary
