The staff was so nice an nice spoken. An room was very big an clean. Pool was open An not busy at all an big hot tub at pool. Place close to restaurants an a small little shopping center u can walk to. An movie theater is right next to place

Courteous staff, but for some reason check-in in the Pigeon Forge area is being shifted to 4 PM. All that does is cause people to show up promptly at 4 to create a logjam.
