"The customer service was horrible. I was over charged $270 for my two kids when I had a room for a family of four. The check person charged me extra when I had already included my kids as part of the family of four. The check in person asked as if she didn’t want to be at work, she didn’t answer and questions besides me asking her how many beds I had. The answer was 3 beds duh since there’s three of you. I got to the room and it was only two bed one of which was a key out couch. Then I was told I needed to pay for additional tickets to a water park when I was told I could use the wrist bands I had all weekend. The customer service over all was horrible no one said hi everyone had a mean mug on there faces like they were just over their job or did my want to be there. Nobody listen to my complaint they swept it under the rug until I asked for a manager and before she came they tried to bribe me with a ticket to the water park to keep me quiet. I declined and said no I need to speak to the manager about all the up charges I kept getting added to my bills. Overall I would not recommend this place it’s very overrated and over charged. The Murphy beds were full of dust the stove top and oven door was filthy, the tub shower had a yellow tint like it had been peed on as well as mold on the bottom of the whole shower curtain."
