Everything was well kept up the room was nice the pool area was good but needs to be cleaned there was green stuff growing around it and the hot tube needed to be clean as well but over all it was nice

We only stayed for one night but the room was great. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the noise from the Slammed Enough car show going on but that was at no fault to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Good Vacation

Everyone there was super nice and helpful. The rooms themselves are not the most modern. But they were very good about coming in every day and cleaning changing the beds given us clean towels. I guess the best thing about it for us was it had the indoor pool with a hot tub. My little 3 1/half year old great granddaughter love that she could stay in the pool till 1030 at night. But the most important part was for seven nights It was only 863.38. I would most likely go back there if we went back to Pigeon Forge again you can’t beat the price for seven nights.

The rooms were spacious and well kept. The dining room and breakfast were great. The room i had included a walk in shower, hand holds in the shower would have been nice. It was a long walk to the elevator and carrying luggage up three flights was hard for us seniors. .

The rooms must have been remodeled. Very nice except there were ants on the area of the sink. Pool areas are very nice. The traffic noise thu was very loud. I don't think there would have been any motel on that strech of road that would be quite. Very busy. Can catch the trolley right from the motel, but be advised there is really a set time when they show up. So be prepared for a long wait. Also if you are going to Dollywood by trolley besure to catch the South one. When you see the trolley coming be on the grass to catch it because the seating area is really set back and i don't think they will stop unless on the grass. The rooms are nicely priced for the free continental breakfast. The stay was the end of September beginning of October.

Not bad, not amazing

Hotel was okay. It is easy to spot the worn-out spots within the rooms. The line for breakfast was unreal. We ended up going to the local Hardee's. We would stay here again if absolutely necessary.

The room was excellent for my needs. It had so much room and had 3 queen beds. The stairs to loft were a bit tight when carrying luggage upstairs, but worth it once up there. Has two bathrooms, along with a fireplace. The only dislike I had was the outdoor light stays on all night and even with the shades down allows light in. Ugh.

The A/C did not work in our room and the faucet was dripping continuously, however it’s in a fantastic location, especially for visiting Dollywood. The beds were also very clean and comfortable!
