This is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, daily housekeeping, and great, friendly staff. Quiet place to stay. Already making plans for another trip back to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this is the place to stay.

Not quite as nice as the photos, but rooms were super clean and restocked daily. The indoor pool area was a little disappointing because it was dirty and dated. The breakfast ends before 10am and they will not refill it even if asked. While we couldn't hear neighboring rooms, the traffic outside and talking was loyd.

Bathroom does not have heat!!! Shower is 2 walls and one door from source of heat. You have to get room temperature 80+ to get shower room warm enough to take shower. Ask to be moved to another room with heat, was told all shower rooms are the same, NO HEAT! Disappointed!

We loved this place. We stopped for one night, then decided to unexpectedly stay another night. Definitely recommend. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was great and our room with the fireplace the spiral staircase and loft was perfect our kid loved it so did we. Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice from the outside, checked in and front desk was nice when we checked in. It wasnt until we went to shower that there was no hot water. I called front desk said they would send someone, hour later still nothing. I called again i was told give it 30 minutes and try again this time employee was agitated. Went to try for hot water again still nothing it was 11pm at this time. We waited until we passed out from being so tired from walking the whole day. When we got up at 230am we rechecked and still no hot water. I gave up, it wasnt ment to be. When we went to check out front desk guy was absolutely rude to me over the hot water issue. Specifically when i stated it would have been nice to have had a good shower before having to leave to go home. His words were okay and rolled his eyes.

My family of four stayed in a townhome. It was great! The room was very spacious and clean. Only complaint is the area downstairs was cold through the January nights, probably due to the use of older heating units for such a large space. Not a big deal though. The indoor pool was a nice option for our kids as well. We did wish there were more options during breakfast, but it was fine. Overall a great experience; we will stay here again!

Loved the indoor pool but I booked the room for 4 people and only had three towels and there were no towels at the pool. In all our stay was good but we were only there 2 nights and spent most of our time out and about. The breakfast was ok but definitely needs some fresh fruit and bacon options for people that don’t eat sausage or eggs.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The room was incredible! Very clean. The pool was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious! All staff was really friendly. We will definitely recommend this location and hope to come back someday.

Room was in decent condition the jetted tub did not work and there was a constant drip coming from the bathroom tub. Thankfully we were able to shut the door so the noise didn't bother us. Other than that fantastic View and great price
