It was a nice place with an interesting indoor hot tub. The room was clean and large. Unfortunately both elevators were dirty, the soda machines were sold out, and the soap and shampoo dispensers on the shower were empty. For the price, those things should have been better attended to. But it was a good experience overall.

The front desk staff were friendly. The level of cleanliness was disappointing. It’s off season, so maybe understaffed but full trash cans in the hall, clumpy residue on the shower shelf.

Breakfast was terrible the first two days (sausage burnt and gravy thinner than soup). Not very kid friendly. I highly recommend booking night by night here. If anything happens, they won’t refund the rest of your reservation, at least they refused for me.

Room had mold in the bathroom, ceiling tiles loose and falling off, bed had a lump in it like someone had been sleeping there for years and couldn’t feel box spring underneath. Dirty spots everywhere, shampoo containers broken. Walls so thin, heard someone having intercourse the entire night. Wore my shoes the entire time.

Staff is VERY unprofessional, 2 days with NO hot water, and almost got the cops called for very respectfully requesting to be moved to a sister hotel. I have video footage of staff being very rude and acting irate. Never stay in this hotel. We have filed a complaint claim on this specific hotel.
