Everything was super clean and had a neutral, clean smell which I appreciate! Breakfast was good and staff was professional. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Location was perfect and plenty of parking. We’d stay here again!

The photos are very deceiving, the rooms are not maintained as well as the photos portray. There were several groups of ladybugs that were in our room that I had to kill. Any repairs to the rooms/ building are not well done/very visible. There were brown stains of some sort on some of our towels. The only thing that really matched the photos was the breakfast area/quality Highly disappointed.

Unfortunately I have to say the inside does not reflect the outside. Beautiful exterior but inside needs some work. Hallway carpet did not look as if was laid correctly, Holes and dirty. Shower was falling apart. Room was cleanish. Breakfast was average. Bread was left uncovered and was hard from being exposed. Cereal was also stale.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, but when I arrived, the cleaning staff had forgotten to take out the trash. I called the ladies in the hallway, and they came right away to pick it up and apologized. The breakfast was good. I recommend the hotel if you are looking for a nice stay in the area.

Wow, there’s so many things to improve! The room felt like a prison-gray walls and no pictures anywhere! The lighting was minimal and harsh. I couldn’t see my face in the bathroom mirror and the tub was so slippery that I had to put a towel down to avoid falling. Breakfast was disappointing. Fairfield Inn is so much better.

Room was okay but I reserved a room with a fireplace and we got another room with no fireplace and key for first room was not working we waited outside of the room since my husband went back to the host to find out what was going on he came back with a new activated key but didn’t work. Then we were giving a e new room with no fireplace. Very inconvenient.
