Everything was super clean and had a neutral, clean smell which I appreciate! Breakfast was good and staff was professional. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Location was perfect and plenty of parking. We’d stay here again!

Breakfast was ok. Hotel had some moldy smell. We asked for extra comforter for sofa bed and they were out of it, reception guy gave the throw and that was torn, got the comforter for neat night though. But overall it wasn’t clean, carpets were toooo much dirty. Only the lobby and outside look gives very clean and good standard hotel look.

When we first arrived we had a dirty hand towel and no other towels. The rest of our room was dirty balled up toilet paper next to the toilet on the floor, something spilled on table next to the bed. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

First thing the pool was ICE cold ! This place Is my favorite place to stay in TN but this time the kids couldn’t get in pool or if they did it was like 20 minutes , the the lady down step called the room an told me we had to be out at 11 I ask why we paid for 7 days my kids got Upset, had to take care of this.

The staff was extremely nice, but the property smelled like air freshener as soon as you walked into the facility. It was so strong, and there was a different air freshener.smell in the actual room, and I want to leave the property immediately because of this. Plus the air filters in the room I had to clean because they were so disgusting and we found hair underneath the sink that was not ours. It was a different color altogether. I personally will probably never stay here again, even though the staff was very nice. There were too many other factors that will make me not come back.

It's a small hotel, but very clean, with good service at the front desk. The hotel is well-located, away from the traffic chaos. The breakfast is average; it should be more varied. The best things were the cleanliness and the pleasant smell. What I didn't like: the rooms were very small. I stayed there with my family, my wife and son, on the nights of December 25th and 26th, 2025. I think I would look for a different option next time.

Walls too thin, you can hear everybody’s conversation. Slamming doors throughout the night, loud talking in hallway, air conditioning and toilet was loud, when flushing and turn on. Some type bugs flying around and lady bugs was visible. The good take away from these unexpected things that room was clean.

Good place for the price, but the room I was in was showing it's age. Stain on the shower ceiling and the toilet sounded like a turbine engine when flushed. Wasn't a big fan of the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Other than that, the room was clean, service was wonderful, and the bed comfortable. Will stay here again.
