Overall a good experience. Being an older property it was well maintained and was as expected. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Enjoyed how close it was to the trolley stop and downtown without being in the middle of the main strip. The river was very nice in the morning and evening to enjoy from the balcony and fire pit area.

We had a lovely stay. It may be next to the river but that’s right next to the main road through Gatlinburg. The room was generally clean and had been freshly painted in parts, but it still had an aging feel to it. Convenient for doentown and the Smoky Mountains park.
