As soon as we checked in and were given access to our room we found bed bugs in our bed. We talked to the front desk and they switched us to another room. When we went in the second room we walked in and the floor was sticky and the room was dirty. We went back to the front desk to check out. We also made contact with this site and the operator was less than helpful. After a lot of frustration I am still waiting on my refund and had to locate another room.

The view is amazing and location is great.. close to everything in a walkable town. However the room cleanliness was subpar and we had literal bugs in our bed while sleeping. I Was told by front desk that stink bugs are common but still it is not a pleasant experience to wake up in the middle of the night to a bug crawling on you. The rooms are bit dated.. everything was dirty except towels. The inside of the microwave in our room had not been cleaned in weeks, probably months. They definitely can do a better job at cleaning floors and bathroom etc. other than that I would say if you dont plan on spending a lot of time in your room go ahead and take the risk for the price!

Hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my spacious room with a balcony looking over the river. However, hotel is at the very end of strip so it's a bit of a walk to everywhere. But area was quiet and safe overall.

We normally shy away from staying near Gatlinburg because of congestion, but this hotel was the perfect balance. Close enough for walking distance to many things yet not directly on the strip to have the privacy.

Not having our parking available, because they let that restaurant use our parking places. Unacceptable!! We paid to stay there and we should have our parking space available at all times!!! We should receive credit for not having our parking available to us!!! So wrong!!! Won’t stay here again because of that!!!

The balcony was definitely a plus! Room was clean with plenty of towels etc provided. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent! Tastes great and good variety. I would definitely recommend to others.
