Book a hotel near Newfound Gap, Gatlinburg

"Overall I enjoyed the aesthetic of the establishment and ambiance. I will state that I will come back and hope that some of the amenities are open a little later. I think the hotel has the potential to be the premier hotel of the area. "

"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of Gatlinburg. I also have to say, I had a problem with my neighbors and the hotel immediately moved me to a different room. So customer service is top notch. Like I say, it's hard to imagine a better experience while staying in this town."
