This hotel is very clean with friendly front desk staff members. The room was wonderful and roomy. What I didn't appreciate was being charged twice for the security deposit. Two days later, I'm waiting to see if one of these charges drops off (as it should). My husband enjoyed the hot tub, but my son said the water in the outdoor heated pool was cold, so he could not swim. The worst thing was that I never could get warm water for my shower at 5:30 in the morning. The hotel is very nice, but these things combined made for an overall unfavorable impression (the categories to rate really don't cover my concerns).

The hotel itself was okay. BE ADVISED THE HOTEL WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN YOU WERE QUOTED WHEN YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION. They are not at all transparent about their daily parking charge. Expedia will not allow me to say how much it is, but it is pretty steep, considering this hotel is a decent walk from the main drag. I was not informed about it when reserving this hotel, nor when I checked in.
