Awesome hotel with great location

Amenities were nice; facilities were very clean....excellent location. A member of the frint desk staff was non-responsive and lazy - my tv wasn't working, which instead of seeing that it was handled, he apparently prioritized my request with how much longer my stay was.

Far enough from the craziness of downtown area, so it is quiet. Very clean and updated. Breakfast was typical of most hotels. I wish all hotels would stop serving those gray sausages - not appetizing in the morning!

Our welcome to the Hotel was great! Front desk gentleman was pleasant and helpful during check in! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the back by pool area for visit with local family members. Breakfast was good and area was kept clean even with the many visitors (about 20 teen girls)! The lady who took care of the area was quick and efficient to tidy up! Wish a flavored creamer had been offered. But otherwise it was a good breakfast. Checkout was easy and all the staff we came in contact with was friendly and professional.
