Lots of great complimentary services offered 24 hours a day. The indoor pool and hot-tub is accessible 24 hours and is very spacious. For a cheap-end hotel, this was a great experience.

Hotel is pet friendly. I got off the elevater and it smelled like wet dogs. The barking at night was annoying. Hotel has a 24 hour pool. The kids were screaming at the pool until 1:30 am. I will never stay at a pet friendly hotel and never stay at a hotel that has a 24 hour pool !

The hotel was great- the staff was great. I did not like that they didn't come clean the room daily. I did it and that was fine but it needed cleaning daily. I also wish that this hotel would do a bigger room for a bigger party. We had 5 in our room and it was crowded- but other then that It was such a good vacation.

I will happily stay at your beautiful hotel again !! My husband and I are from Long Island and were so glad to see such a nice place when we arrived! I want to say that Barbie was extra sweet, helpful and such a friendly hard-working lady! Your front desk girl Nydia was lovely and amazing, she could answer any and every question about Pigeon Forge there is!! You could put her on your advertisement! The room had strong odor of dog. We were traveling with our dog and I realize we got a dog room but there needs to be room deodorizer. Water pressure low and took long time to get hot.
