I stayed here for winter break and I was very disappointed with the room. I paid a lot for this trip and the room was below standard. The view was of a roof and a jungle gym. The room I stayed in, 2201, was also dated and in need of repair. If you are going to charge 500 or more for a night I should have a view of the ocean

We have stayed at this property twice and it does not meet the expectations of a carribbean resort especially for the price. The resort is nice, clean, and easy to navigate. The part that does not work for us is the food. The buffet food was bland, not enough options, and overall not good quality. The fruit was the worse. For a warm climate location we expected great exotic tasting fruit. The melons were tasteless, the apples were gross, and the juices were sugary which were also straight out of the juice boxes. The jerk chicken from the hut near the pool was raw and could not be eaten. There were no activities for the kids or adults, The restaurant food was so bland that even the kids wouldn't eat it. The staff was not friendly and were irritated that they had to serve us. We will not be staying at this resort again.

Lack of sound proofing makes it difficult to relax in the evening. Especially if you have an ocean view room. The evening entertainment is directly opposite and with one of the best outdoor PA systems I’ve ever heard the room is quite noisy until 11pm. Apart from that very nice hotel.

For the most part the customers service sucked they were mostly rude but you had a few people that made the visit worth while. KIM-MOY at front desk and Therena at the bar were by far the most welcoming and made the difference in our trip. These women made sure every time the encountered our group the made us feel at home and were inviting.
