I was super excited to attend this location, until I realized the view from my room was of an empty pool. I am extremely disappointed because I couldn't use the pool closest to my Tower and the image of the view was distorted. I hope that this will be fixed the next time I am around.

Unfriendly , extremely rude receptionist , ruined my day with her rudeness. After having this experience, I decided to cancel my week stay and book somewhere else . Very weak front desk manager , couldn’t even show any sort of sympathy. I will never ever come stay at this hotel.
