Staff was phenomenal. Front desk and Viviana at breakfast were so accommodating and friendly. The location was also a plus. The room was a room, mediocre but views of fireworks. All in all a good choice staff made it a good choice. Unsure of the extra resort fees, no resort amenities-they advertised hot tub which is broken, dunkin donuts which is under renovations.

The building I was in definitely needed some remodeling, the elevators were outdated and someone got stuck because they were ringing the bell. The beds were hard as a rock, the pillows as well. The standing shower looked very old as well.

The building shook when the elevator was moving, the elevators were bumpy, a dog barked all night long, and the 10pm-9am quiet time was definitely not abided because it sounded like there was a party going on out in the hallway all night. I’ve stayed at multiple holiday inns and typically have a pleasant experience but other than the staff who were great, this stay was not up to par.

Our stay was perfect. Staff was helpful and friendly. Took off one star because the rug was dusty and dirty especially around the edges of the room.
