The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very clean. It actually offered a lot. The location was great. The restaurant gave good choices. Breakfast is additional. Stocked with coffee maker, water, coffee.

Horrible experience. Broken shower, BOTH security locks on the room broken or inoperable. Elevator lurches as if it will fall. Noisy, discourteous people and barking dogs. Room I reserved unavalable. Was given a lesser room, but not at a lesser price.I requested a refund and found a better hotel. Desk staff was polite.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here, last time it was a Wyndham. The room met the needs we had for our stay for a week at Disney. With our days at the parks we didn’t utilize the “Resort” features but the price was great for our week long stay. We had a 2 queen room on the Top floor that faces toward the parks and at night we could see the fireworks which was fun to see. The room seemed a bit in need of some TLC. The biggest issue was the door which I had to force open when we first arrived and clearly was just modified. It never actually closed on its own and so I had to lock the door to ensure it closed properly. I never felt unsafe but didn’t love that it was clearly used and not fixed. The shower was nice and spacious but it did seem the water drained backwards away from the drain at first. Always seemed to have a huge puddle after each shower. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Again nothing was bad about the stay but definitely feel Ike we got what we paid for as far as price and quality. I know it recently switched to IHG from Wyndham and maybe those improvements will come. If you’re looking for a hotel a a lower price and ease of getting to the parks then it’s a great place to stay. anything

The room was a bit dirty in the corners, esp in the bathroom. We were disappointed in the construction that was replacing the barista. The only coffee was from the buffet. The kids seemed to Love the buffet a Chuck E Cheese
