Best Disney hotel

We stay here every year when we go to Disney. Love the free parking and proximity to the parks! Feels safe and clean to come home to after a long day at Disney.

The mattress was so uncomfortable, made a cracking noise when you sat on it. The air conditioning unit made an obnoxious noise when it was running. Too tired to change rooms by the time I figured this out.

The “magical” room is a joke. Do not pay for that as you will be disappointed. The pool is not like the pictures, its much much smaller. And we felt the springs of the bed. Key needed to come inside the building but the stairs door always open and easy accessibility to the hotel, if anyone wants to come in, they can! The bathroom was very nice! Lots of free parking. And marijuana free, this was a total plus! The staff really talks to the people smoking weed and asks them to go away.

NO lobby coffee offered; room coffee machine is outdated and the coffee tasted bad. Swimming pool need better maintenance. Shower door has a big gap, so water flowing all over the bathroom floor. Landscaping also needs lots of attention; weeds are more than grass. My dog doesn’t even want to go potty out there.
