"It’s ok but A)toilet was extremely low- a child’s height. B) complimentary water bottles in the room would have been nice C)hotel is at an international airport, breakfast should be offered earlier than 5am. Many flights leave at six so passengers need to be downstairs by 4."

"Even though property is dated. It is after all one of the oldest hotels in San Juan. It is clean and service is first rate. The hotel has everything, shopping, pools, private beach access and even a Starbucks in the lobby. You can actually spend all your days in the hotel without leaving. If you choose to wander around the old city, it's very close by and accessible by foot or one of the many electric scooters parked just outside of the hotel entrance. Definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, first time visiting Puerto Rico the location was great very close to the beach and restaurants easy to get an Uber and walk around to explore. The hotel itself was everything we were looking for the pool the happy hour the people were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable overall we will definitely be back! "
