The room was not service at all wile I was there I had to ask for the towel and more coffee. sheets were never change when ask if they could do so they said that my room was not on the list and it did not show to be occupied. Overall not very clean.

El desayuno podría ser mejor y dejar que uno se sirva la porción que uno quiere. La propiedad le hace falta pintura y renovación. La silla de impedidos en la piscina no sirve. Más sillas y mesas alrededor de la piscina con sombrillas. Cambien esas alfombras, apestan. Por lo demás todo bien.

The only reason why I give it terrible Views. Is basically because the housekeeping service sucked!!! The one girl that was doing our housekeeping service. Only change the trash and our towels that is it. The TV didn’t work! The iron was broken! The mini refrigerator was broken! Keep in mind that I was there for a whole week. And by the second night, they had to change my room. The only thing that I can say was very nice about this hotel was the lobby, casino area, and the restaurants.., I wish I can share all the pictures that I took of how disappointed I was!!! I try speaking to the staff and the one girl every time that I came down just had a nasty attitude. (The morning girl with black black hair.) the evening staff were great.
