"We booked a room through Expedia at the Vista Verde Hotel but when we arrived, they told us that they thought we had cancelled our reservation and they had no available rooms. We had cancelled a longer stay we had made and re-booked it for just one night but they said they had no record of it even though we had an itinerary through Expedia. They couldn't call Expedia for us to get it straightened out. When I got back from vacation, I called Expedia and asked for a refund and they said they have to wait until they can contact the hotel and verify the story. It has been days and they still say they can't get a hold of the property. This is ridiculous. Expedia took my money for a room and then the room wasn't available so to me it's cut and dry - I am owed a refund. It's ridiculous this run-around they are putting me the through!"

El lavamanos pequeño y sin lugar para poner los articulos personales. La puerta del cuarto estaba descuadrada y se filtraba la luz del pasillo. Se sentia el ruido de las áreas publicas. Las areas publicas estan muy bien. No cuenta con areas para desayunar o comer Localizacion excelente "

"The rooms need refurbishing. The bathroom door of my room had a hole. The comforter had a blood stain. House keeping came and changed the next day. Pool area beautiful. Staff great and friendly. "
